Frequently Asked Questions

How much trash do you allow?
We allow up to 10-12, 13-gallon bags OR 4-5, 33-gallon bags OR 2-3, 55-gallon bags.

What if I generate more trash than your basic plan allows?
If you generate more than our normal limit, give us a call at 409-429-8281 to get started with one of our higher limit plans.

Plan Options:

Tier 2: $38/month +tax

Allows 12-16, 13-gallon bags, OR 5-7, 33-gallon bags OR 3-4, 55-gallon bags weekly.

Tier 3: $48/month +tax

Allows 16-20, 13-gallon bags, OR 8-10, 33-gallon bags OR 4-5, 55-gallon bags weekly.

Tier 4: $68/month +tax(equivalent to a 2-Yard Dumpster)

Allows 20-28, 13-gallon bags, OR 11-14, 33-gallon bags OR 5-6, 55-gallon bags weekly.


Do you provide a can?
We do not provide cans, however we do not require them!

What time will my trash be picked up?
Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact time due to changes in our daily route. We start each route at 5 a.m., so we recommend to have it out by then.

What do I do if my trash was not picked up?
If your trash has not been picked up by 3 p.m., please give us a call/text at (409) 429-8281.

What happens if I miss trash day?
If you miss trash day, depending on availability, we can come back out for an extra charge.

 

When can I expect my trash pickup to start?

You can give us a call at 409-429-8281 to verify your pickup day. You will also receive a "Welcome" email once you are added to a route. This will state your start date, pickup day as well as our policies. In order to be on the route, all payments must be submitted during business hours the day prior to pickup.

Do you take cardboard boxes?
Yes, we do take cardboard boxes, as long as they are broken down all the way.

Do you take loose trash?
No, we cannot take any loose trash. All trash MUST be bagged and tied!

 

What do I do if my cans or bags are filled with water?

If your cans are filled with water, we ask that you drain the water from the can. We recommend to drill holes in the bottom of the can to ensure drainage. If your bags are filled with water, we cannot take them, as they are too heavy and will bust. We kindly ask you to re-bag the water filled bags.

Do you offer 2 yrd dumpsters for Residential Trash Service?
No, we do not supply dumpsters. However, we have additional Residential Trash Service plans that can accommodate to your needs. For more information regarding higher limit plans, please contact (409) 429-8281.

What can I expect from a Haul Off?
If you are in need of a haul off, give us a call to schedule an appointment. Once we have viewed the items you need removed, we will give you a quote. If you accept a quote, you will be put on our schedule for removal. During removal, we will load the junk and remove it for you.

What can I expect from a Roll-Off Rental? 
If you are in need of a Roll-Off Rental, give us a call to get on our schedule. We will deliver the trailer to you, then you will load the trailer. When you are done or the trailer is full, you will call us and we will pick up the trailer and take it to the dump.
